I worked in wide range of Industries like Automobile, Textile, Sugar, Power, Steel, Printing & packaging, EdTech, Renewable energy. I looked after Corporate HR, Plant HR, Sales HR at all over India level & managed manpower from 500 to 6000.

My key skills are in the areas of Strategic HR, Talent management, L&D, OD, PMS, HR transformation. I held the position of Corporate HR Head since 2005 and has worked in both professional and owner-driven companies. My key competencies include establishing Core HR from scratch, establishing HR policies and processes, taking complete ownership of Talent management, L&D including imparting soft skills & management skills training.

I have also established KRA-based PMS systems, conducted OD interventions round the year and led compensation restructuring. I have worked with various HR Software systems including SAP HR, Oracle, Big Bytes and In-house HR Software. I also have rich experience in the areas of HR Transformation & Culture building.

Presently working as HR Consultant (Talent Management) on full time basis with Ever Enviro Ltd., Gurgaon.
