Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
Manage and optimize SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing efforts.
Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.
Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Manage paid advertisement campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality marketing materials.
Develop and execute influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
Lead the digital marketing team and provide mentorship to interns and junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or startup environment.
Proven experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.
Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Experience in content marketing and brand storytelling.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
