Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Manage and optimize SEO, PPC campaigns, social media marketing, and email marketing efforts.

  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing materials.

  • Analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.

  • Manage paid advertisement campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.

  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality marketing materials.

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing and partnership strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and implement new strategies to stay ahead of competitors.

  • Lead the digital marketing team and provide mentorship to interns and junior team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or startup environment.

  • Proven experience in SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

  • Experience in content marketing and brand storytelling.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
