Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.
Optimize PPC campaigns, A/B test ad creatives, and continuously improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tracking platforms.
Implement data-driven strategies to maximize conversions and lower acquisition costs.
Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Report performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid media campaigns.
Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing paid campaigns for ROI.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
