Performance Marketer

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels.

  • Optimize PPC campaigns, A/B test ad creatives, and continuously improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tracking platforms.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to maximize conversions and lower acquisition costs.

  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

  • Report performance metrics, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, PPC, and paid media campaigns.

  • Proven experience in managing budgets and optimizing paid campaigns for ROI.

  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising.

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page optimization.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and data visualization tools.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
