We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at ScholarHat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and building strong relationships with business owners and service providers. This role requires excellent communication skills, negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of digital services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients (business owners and service providers) through various channels, including social media, networking, and inbound inquiries.
- Sales Outreach & Follow-ups: Conduct calls, emails, and meetings to pitch ScholarHat’s services, answer queries, and guide prospects through the onboarding process.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the needs of business owners and service providers, offering tailored solutions to help them grow through our platform.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, track interactions, and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools (Fluent CRM, Funnel Kit, or others).
- Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with small businesses, freelancers, and agencies to drive long-term engagement.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall business growth.
- Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies and improve pitch effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in digital services, SaaS, or B2B sales).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer solutions confidently.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, web development, or automation solutions is an advantage.
